This is an exciting new role at FloatWind, as we continue to scale-up our company to be a world-wide player in the offshore wind sector.
What we are looking for - someone with a strong background in the automation industry for mass-assembly of large equipment. A strong interest in offshore wind is needed, but experience in offshore wind is not a requirement.
What you bring - you are well known, and well respected in the automation sector, you are inquisitive and entrepreneurial. Your understanding of lean manufacturing and just-in-time processes is strong and you have experience of continuous improvement techniques.
What FloatWind can offer - you are joining FloatWind at an early stage in the company’s evolution. You will be involved in the launch of a serious industry player in the supply of floating offshore wind turbines.
The role is full time, and locatEd flexibly anywhere in the world, although the starting point for the FloatWind journey is the United Kingdom.
A blended remuneration is on offer, which may include salary, performance related pay and/or share options.
