FloatWind is the first company in the world offering Ready-to-Float floating offshore wind turbines together with foundations directly available for your floating offshore wind project.

Our mission is to supply the world with floating offshore wind at prices to beat all other options. Our first plant will be supplying the market from Summer 2023 onwards from supply hubs in UK/Europe, USA and Asia. Our unique FloatWind Production System (FPS) ensures our quality, speed, safety and cost-competitiveness is unrivalled.

FloatWind is currently technology neutral with regard to wind turbine and floating foundation suppliers, but over the course of 2021 we will partner with proven, dependable and bankable OEMs.

Robert is a renewable energy expert who has been involved in large onshore and offshore wind farm development projects internationally for 20+ years. His role at FloatWind is as Chief Executive Officer. Robert is bilingual English/German.

Nele is a marketing executive from the wind energy and maritime sectors, who has been working with the international business communities in these sectors for many years. Her role at FloatWind is as Chief Business Development Officer. Nele is bilingual English/German.

Mark is a seasoned Industrialist with over 35 years experience in the Industrial, Engineering, Maritime & Offshore Renewables with international expertise in marketing, strategy, business development, supply chain &  export including roles as CEO, Chairman, Director & General Manager.

Joseph Deng

Gary has over 20 years of experience within the maritime and energy sectors, he has experience in management consultation, team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Bilingual English/Danish has managed international projects and worked with companies to reduce their carbon footprint. Gary has expert knowledge in LEAN management and is experienced in Process Improvement, Cost Reduction/Containment & Profit Optimisation, and a background in large scale assembly methods and just-in-time management. 

Joseph has more than 20 years of renewable energy experience, a specialist in renewable energy projects and CO2 with a good understanding of renewable energy technologies such as onshore, floating, offshore wind. Joe has worked for the last 15 years on on- and offshore wind projects for Chinese clients, in China, Japan and the wider Asia. Joseph is trilingual English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
